This paper applied Fama-French five-factor model to evaluate influence fun industry America. The industry’s data and daily return from Kenneth R.French’s database were adopted make multiple linear regression. difference coefficients five factors illustrates significant changes entertainment due pandemic. sensitivity market risk increased as MKT added 0.73 1.02. income effect small companies has gradually been higher than that large-cap SMB reached 0.99 0.54 during Stocks company with high book-to-market ratio performed better general covid-19 HML factor became positive value 0.66. firm’s operating profitability become crucial investors’ decisions for under uncertainty provided by RMW 0.65.
